At Branx°, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation or refunds are necessary. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services:
Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of project initiation. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee (up to 30% of the project cost) may be applied based on the work completed. -
Monthly/Retainer Services:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Any cancellation after this period will be effective in the following cycle. -
Custom Orders or Urgent Deliverables:
Once confirmed, these are non-cancellable due to immediate resource allocation and priority handling.
2. Refund Policy

Eligibility:
Refunds are only provided for unused services or under circumstances where the service could not be delivered due to Branx°’s fault. -
Non-Refundable Items:

Domain, hosting, and third-party tool costs

Work already completed or in progress

Services canceled after the delivery deadline

Partial Refunds:
May be granted on a case-by-case basis if the client is unsatisfied and the project is less than 50% complete. -
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
